Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from Alpha Cruise.

Full payment or deposit may be required at booking
Payments processed securely through our partners
Prices quoted in Nigerian Naira unless specified

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

30+ days before80% refund

15-29 days before50% refund

7-14 days before25% refund

Less than 7 daysNo refund

Alpha Cruise Cancellations

If we cancel a trip due to circumstances within our control, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date.

Travel Requirements

Required Documentation

Valid passport (6+ months validity)

Required visas for destination countries

Travel insurance (recommended)

Health certificates or vaccinations

Health and Safety

Customers must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility issues that may affect their travel experience.

Limitation of Liability

Alpha Cruise acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide. We are not responsible for:

Actions of third-party service providers

Flight delays, cancellations, or changes

Weather-related disruptions

Political unrest or natural disasters

Personal injury, loss, or property damage

Failure to obtain required travel documents
